How it works

How accurate is the preview?

Product dimensions come from the store listing. The model estimates room scale from one photograph, so the result is a dimension-aware preview, not a blueprint.

Short answer

The preview is useful for “how does it look?” and “is it obviously too large?”. Before buying a large item, still verify all three dimensions with a tape measure.

What happens under the hood

We extract the product width, depth and height and pass them to the model with product and room images. Room scale is estimated from visual anchors such as doors, windows, outlets, skirting boards and existing furniture. There is no rigid 3D model of the room underneath.

Three honest outcomes

How to read the result

  • Compare the product proportions with doors, outlets and existing furniture.
  • Check whether the product blocks a walkway, door or window.
  • If scale looks doubtful, move the target area or add a manual size reference.
  • If the model changed the product itself, do not use that result for a purchase decision.
