Privacy policy
Updated 9 August 2026
The short version
No account is required. Saved rooms and preview history stay in your browser. To create a preview, room and product images are sent to AI providers. They are not published on our site unless you explicitly create a public link.
Data we process
- room and product images, product title, URL and dimensions;
- the selected placement area and generated preview;
- technical data such as IP for rate limiting, device type, pages and events;
- an anonymous browser identifier and visit counters stored locally.
Where images are sent
Some images are first checked by moderation services (Amazon Rekognition, OpenAI). They are then sent to the generator you selected: OpenAI, or OpenRouter routing the request to the named Google model. Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. If a generation fails, the room photo may be forwarded to a private developer chat — solely to diagnose the error.
Storage and retention
- local history stays in browser IndexedDB until you delete it or clear site data;
- the server does not keep ordinary preview source files as an account gallery;
- a service copy of each preview (room photo, product photo, result and parameters) is kept in our AWS archive for quality control and failure analysis, and is deleted automatically within 90 days;
- a public link is created only when requested and remains in Vercel Blob for up to 30 days;
- a copy of each published try-on goes to a private internal archive (Amazon S3) used to review reports and abuse; it is deleted automatically within 90 days, or together with the publication if it is taken down;
- Redis rate-limit records normally expire after about one hour; aggregate metrics live longer.
Analytics
We use aggregate first-party counters and PostHog product analytics, including session replays with form inputs masked. These measurements help operate and improve the service.
Your choices
Delete local history in the interface or clear this site's browser data. To request removal of a public preview or ask about your data, use the contact form and include the public link. Public links also expire on their own within 30 days.
