Bench or chairs at the end of the bed?
A bench if the walkway is tight, chairs if you will genuinely sit there. The deciding number is how much floor is left between the foot of the bed and the wall or wardrobe facing it.
Under about 90 cm, a bench is the only thing that works. It is shallow, it has no arms, and you can walk past it without turning sideways. Two chairs in that space turn the end of the bed into an obstacle course.
Above about 120 cm, chairs start to earn their place, and they give the room a second seating point that a bench never does. A bench at the end of a bed is used for putting clothes on far more often than for sitting.
There is a storage argument too. A bench with a lid holds bedding; chairs hold nothing.
This is a question a preview answers faster than a rule of thumb, because the answer depends on your actual walkway rather than an average bedroom. Put both options in the same photo and the choice usually makes itself.
